The access-control gate at our NoHo Arts District building lets residents in but won't trigger from the callbox for guests — what's broken?
The callbox relay or its wiring to the operator has failed. The gate reads resident remotes through a separate receiver, so that path still works while the visitor-entry relay is dead. We test and replace the relay on site.
Can a vintage swing gate on a Valley Village bungalow be automated without rebuilding the gate?
